A member seat is one of your employees, counted once no matter how many jobs they're on. An invited partner is a trade you bring onto a specific project — counted per project-invite, drawn from your included pool first, then $3–4 each. The GC pays the invite; the trade pays nothing.

The AD Engine and all AI features are included in every plan. Heavy AI work is billed only when you use it — $0.01 per credit, or prepaid packs ($20 / $75 / $250). Your base fee never changes because of AI; an idle month costs nothing extra.

If you have zero active projects, your GC base steps down — 25% off, then 75% off, then $0 over three months — while you keep full read-only access to your data. Win a project anytime and you're instantly back to normal pricing, prorated. Trades have no ramp: an idle trade is simply $0.

Both firms keep their own account and portable data — neither is a guest. The shared invited partners are billed once and split, each firm paying its share at its own plan's rate. No guest lock-out, no double-billing.
