What you get

Everything a GC needs to run the job

Win bids with a vetted network
Find, vet and invite subs by trade, region, certifications and verified track record — then build your bid with crews you can trust.
Field & office in sync
Daily logs, RFIs, change orders and job costs stay in one live record — with AI filing the busywork and the AD Engine prioritizing your team's day.
A record that defends you
Tamper-evident C2PA photos, GPS-verified attendance and one-click litigation-hold export — proof that holds up when money's on the line.
Pay only for active trades
Your employees are flat member seats; trades are cheap per-invite and close when the job ends. Idle months ramp your base to $0.
Built for working together

When two companies share a project

Construction runs on partnerships — but the incumbents make it awkward. CrewHelix is built differently: both firms keep their own account and portable data, and the shared crew is billed once and split.

Procore / Buildertrend
Single-owner model
One firm owns and pays. The partner joins as a guest — no record of its own, locked out when the job ends.
Contractor Foreman
One company per subscription
Each company needs its own separate subscription. No shared-project billing and no portable record for the partner.
CrewHelix
Shared-project split
Both firms keep their own account and portable data. Neither is a guest. The shared crew is billed once and split — each at its own tier's rate.

How the split works: only the invited partners on the shared project are billed once and divided — 50/50 by default, or an agreed share. The two firms need not be on the same tier; each pays its portion at its own plan's rate, drawing on its own bundle first. No guest lock-out, no double-billing.

If your work slows down

Never stuck paying for idle software

Construction comes in waves. With no active projects your base steps down to free over three months — and you keep full read-only access the whole time.

The trade network

Vet a sub before you ever sign them

Search by trade and region and see a verified track record — completed jobs, WorkStyle fit with your crew, and live license & insurance status — before you bring them onto your project. Compliance gating auto-suspends a sub the moment a cert or policy lapses.
